For a new villa or renovation in Saint-Raphaël, I begin with the available architectural drawings, technical studies, quotations, programme and decisions already made. The aim is to identify unanswered questions before they become problems on site.
Two quotations can show different prices while covering different work. I compare their scope, exclusions and trade interfaces, so that you can assess what is included rather than just the total.
Construction-stage supervision

During construction, the programme and meetings organise upcoming work. Outstanding actions are assigned and followed up. Payment applications are reviewed against progress and contracts; changes are recorded separately from the original scope.
Handover is prepared in advance too: checking the work, recording outstanding items, following up corrections and collecting completion documents within the agreed appointment.

Are you based in Saint-Raphaël?
Yes. SA Ingénierie is based in Saint-Raphaël. Discussions and site visits are arranged by appointment; the administrative address does not receive clients.
Can you join a project that has already started?
The drawings, contracts, completed work and current issues need to be reviewed first to establish whether an appointment is appropriate and what it should cover.
Can the appointment include structure and finishes?
My experience covers structural work and finishing trades. The trades, visit frequency and documents are specified in the proposed appointment.
