When an owner visits occasionally, timely decisions become particularly important. Materials, samples, installation details and orders: we identify what needs your approval and when it is needed.
I work with your architect, engineers and contractors to bring their information together. Progress records distinguish work completed, answers still needed and issues that may affect cost or timing. The frequency of reporting is agreed with you.
Construction-stage supervision
Luxury villas in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez: attention to execution
High-end villas require regular attention to workmanship. Working with the architect and contractors, I track the agreed design choices, coordinate the trades and pay close attention to finishes.
A change requested during construction is described and priced with the relevant contractors. I help you understand its implications before you decide, then keep track of what has been agreed.

Can I follow the project without visiting every week?
Site visits can be combined with digital updates. Reporting, decisions requiring approval and meeting frequency are agreed in the appointment. Visits requiring your presence are planned ahead.
Do you have an office in Saint-Tropez?
SA Ingénierie is based in Saint-Raphaël and works on villa projects in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Travel and the site location are considered in the proposal.
Can you work with my current architect?
Yes. Construction-stage supervision is organised with your architect and engineers. Roles, required documents and approval procedures should be established at the outset.
