I help you through this practical stage of your project. Based in Saint-Raphaël, I also work in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez and Cannes, supporting villa construction and renovation.

I am Aleksandar Stancic. More than twenty years in the building sector, including three years in concrete structural studies, inform the way I approach a site: reading drawings, understanding constraints and preparing technical discussions before work starts.
My role is to compare what is planned, what contractors propose and what is progressing on site. When a decision is needed, I present the available information and the implications to consider.

01 / Before construction
Prepare decisions and quotations.
Review the information, compare quotations and identify missing items or differences in scope. An offer becomes clearer when its contents, options and exclusions are understood.

Coordinate construction.
Organise interventions in the programme, lead site meetings and follow up questions between trades. Required actions are assigned to the relevant people.

Monitor the works and costs.
Review progress, payment applications and proposed changes. A change in the project is considered alongside its implications for the work, budget and programme.

Support the handover.
Prepare checks, record items requiring attention and assist with handover. Follow-up then covers snagging and the completion documents included in the appointment.

A proposal explaining
what we will do together.
Our initial discussion establishes the proposed works, available studies, professionals involved and intended programme. You can share drawings and quotations already gathered.
The proposal then specifies the services, trades covered, visits, deliverables and fees. If the project changes, we review the implications for the appointment.

When should I get in touch?
Ideally when initial drawings and the brief make it possible to understand the work, before consulting or appointing contractors. For a project already under construction, the existing file must be reviewed before support can be proposed.
How are the fees determined?
They depend on the work, trades to supervise, expected duration and services selected. The appointment fee is set out in the proposal. Contractor contracts and studies performed by other professionals are separate from these fees.
Can I contact you if I already have an architect?
Yes. We review the existing appointments and the construction supervision needed. Everyone’s role and communication arrangements should be clear before my work begins.
